1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Remove the cap by pulling it outwards.
3. Spray up to 4 times towards the back of throat.

Adults and Children, spray 3 to 4 times towards the back of throat. Allow it to remain in the back of the throat for 15 seconds. Repeat the process 5 to 6 times daily or as needed.
